Deutsche Medizinische Gesellschaft für Paraplegie (DMGP)

The 27th Annual Meeting of the German Speaking Medical Society for Paraplegia eV (DMGP) presents this year’s congress under the slogan “Doesn’t work, doesn’t exist!? – The challenges of modern spinal cord medicine.” The aim of the congress is to present and discuss the rehabilitation standards. In addition, the specialists are invited to share their experiences outside the framework of the usual methods of treatment – in the sense of the congress’ slogan.

Communication topics at the conference: social care, financing of treatment and supply of medical aids. Another focus will be the use of new technology. In this context, the innovative ReWalk™ exoskeleton technology is presented as in the past 3 years. We are looking forward to meaning and trendsetting presentations and discussions.
